Set in an intricate self-made world where barriers confine and define space, BUBBLEGUM is a visually engaging dance piece made for public spaces.
The two comic characters embrace their difference and the challenges of sharing space whilst battling with their attraction to one another.
Bubblegum was commissioned as part of Maiden Voyage’s commissioning initiative Dance Exposed that presents dance in the every day spaces. Dance Exposed was funded by The National Lottery through the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and Belfast City Council.
